My package has been redirected back to Manduka, what do I do?Updated 2 years ago
Packages are sometimes redirected back to our warehouse in California, this can occur due to the following reasons:
- incorrect address
- failed delivery attempts
- refused by recipient
- unpaid customs charges
- illegible address
- damaged in transit
If we receive the package back at our warehouse, we will contact you to find a suitable solution.
If you see that your package has been redirected via your tracking number, please email wholesale@manduka.com or call our Wholesale Customer Care Team at 1.877.626.3852 option 2, M-F 9am to 5pm PST, so that we can assist you.
