I have not received my order yet, what do I do?Updated a year ago

Our aim is to fulfill and ship your order as soon as possible, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the FedEx tracking number. 

If FedEx is showing that your package was delivered according to the tracking number, but you haven't received the paclage, please reach out to our Wholesale Customer Care Team at [email protected] or by calling us at 1.877.626.3852 option 2, 9am to 5pm PST. 

If the status of your tracking number is showing as pending and has not changed in a few days, please reach out to our Wholesale Customer Care Team.

We will contact FedEx to open an investigation regarding your missed or delayed package. On the rare occasion that the package is deemed lost, we will find an appropriate solution.

Manduka is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
